Вводная часть содержит краткую морфологическую характеристику личинок данной группы, сведения по биологии и систематике. Основная часть представляет таблицы для идентификации науплиальных и циприсовидных стадий массовых видов усоногих раков в прибрежном планктоне морей Северного Ледовитого и Тихого океанов, а также Черного моря. Для личинок всех видов приведены синонимия, описания, рисунки, сведения о встречаемости в планктоне.
